The Inner Cave
1:1 held space for women to transform
The cave is a cocoon within the earth, a space for deep listening.
As our ancestors would have gone to the cave for times of guidance, we have access to this space in our bodies at any time.
Alternatively to our fast-paced headspace, it's the deepest part of ourselves where we connect to our inner wisdom. It's linked to the womb, where life is made within us, and therefore our creative power.
In the fertile soil beneath the surface, we can revitalise ourselves. This is a place of conception, imagination and re-storying.

-
Attune to your body wisdom
-
Source what nourishes you
-
Techniques and habits to transform your life
-
Dream and then dream bigger
-
Increase your capacity
-
Elevate your perspective
-
Overcome obstacles and blind spots
-
Claim your sovereignty and wholeness
-
Grow toward your potential
When we ground down, we are able to grow up more abundantly, just as when we integrate our pasts, we create much richer futures.
'The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek'
- Joseph Campbell

How it works
We work by focusing on your body and your imagination.
Your body holds your energetic imprint, all the stories and beliefs you have been holding on to, whether you are aware of them or not. It is the storehouse of your unconscious.
Your imaginal realm is where your creativity lies. Together, your body and mind can unlock potential and transcend limitations.
By connecting our awareness and our bodies, we are able to come to quick realisations. All of our bodies and minds work in different ways, so the ways we receive wisdom may be very different. Some of us see images, or we might receive a feeling in our body or words that speak to us with perfect acuity. Whatever and however we receive is perfect for us.
